Roseville City Council approves new MOU with IBEW The Roseville City Council on May 2 voted 5-0 to approve a new Memorandum of Understanding with IBEW Local 1245. The agreement was approved by IBEW members on April 18 by a vote of 100-16. The major provisions of this one-year MOU can be seen here.
