VOTING PROCESS:

Voting on the Table Agreement will be conducted exclusively by mail-in ballot and administered by an independent third-party vendor, UniLect Election Services.

On May 27, IBEW 1245 put ballots in the mail to your address of record.

Members will receive either a ballot to vote on the Physical Agreement or the Clerical Agreement.

Every vote matters! Only submitted ballots impact the outcome of the election. Not voting does not count as a “Yes” vote or a “No” vote.

BALLOT PACKET:

You will recieve a packet in the mail that will include:

• Your official ballot
• A self-addressed, postage-paid return envelope
• Ballot secrecy envelope
• Instructions on how to complete and return your ballot
• A QR code linking to the full text of the Bargained Agreement

BALLOT DEADLINE:

Your completed ballot must arrive by mail by 10 a.m. on July 15, 2026, to the sequestered US Postal P.O. Box to be counted.

Ballot counting will take place at the Hall later that day by the independent third-party vendor.
