At the negotiating Table our committee stated that we would not recommend a contract of equal or lesser value. We proposed increases in GWI, Wage Adjustments retro, and DT for OT. The Company rejected all our proposals and submitted their Best and Final Offer which is of equal or lesser value, and therefore our recommendation is neutral, and our members shall vote to decide the outcome.
We are not recommending a no-vote in that it is not up to our 15 committee members to persuade an outcome that could continue to change.
