Organizing Stewards: Organizing Stewards are IBEW 1245 members who dedicate time and energy to 1245’s organizing activities and campaigns. They work closely with our staff team of organizers to recruit and mobilize others to join them. Like Shop Stewards and Safety Stewards, Organizing Stewards are appointed.
