Agrees to upgrade those performing this relight work to the 1 year GSR wage step during days the duties are being performed. During the agreed-to timeframe the Co. will offer optimum OT, but no less than a minimum of 20% within the hdqtrs and/or service territory to Service Mechanics and GSR. |
