LA R1-87-188 | 12/17/1987 | Provides that employee must first work in calendar year before sick leave is allowed, and states exceptions. Clarifies Standard Practice 725-1 "Leaves of Absence" regarding sick pay when leave starts in one year and ends in another. Since contract is silent on this issue, this LA interpretation will cover the subject. See 101.1 and Clerical 6.1 and 7.1. |
