Their seniority and wages shall be determined accordingly and will not be downgraded as a result of the Clerical Job Evaluation System as long as they remain in the position. |

LA 97-138 | 11/12/1997 | Due to recent organizational changes within Gas System Mntce. Dept. in Walnut Creek, the Co. is proposing to reclassify one N.B.U. clerical position to a bargaining position. However, the seniority of that employee shall be determined in accordance with Sec. 17.3. In addition, proposed that an incumbent Gas Acctg. Clerk be given a one time opportunity to become an Ope.
