When section 12.2 was changed and the language of the Section8.5 was also modified, a part-time employee who is absent due to sick leave without pay for less than 200 cumulative hours will not have their vacation allowance reduced. No violation was found of the agreement. |

P-RC 698 | 7/1/1982 | Part-time scheduled Service Representative who worked from 4 p.m. to 12 a.m. for seven hours outside scheduled hours (8-5), and one hour within (4-5), paid at straight time rate for one hour and time and one-half for seven hours. Double-time was paid for work performed on a non-workday in another incident. Time of notification a factor in payment. See 17.6 and 17.8. |
