| LA 05-55 | 10/28/2005 | Vacation: Beginning in July 2006, vacation will be awarded to employees as it is earned based on the allowance schedules outlined in Subsection 111.2(a) (b) (8.2 a&b). New employees will not be eligible to take vacation until one year of service. |
| LA 88-96 | 6/24/1988 | Senior Service Representative who was hit by Company vehicle, and who has used all sick leave and vacation will be paid full wages for specified time in without prejudice offer. See 7.1. |
| ARB 138 | 7/28/1986 | Employee who resigned during 7th year (1984) earned and received 7th year vacation but is also entitled to days earned during 7th year that would have been taken during 8th year, based on 15 days for one year's work. See 8.7. |
