PRC 23491 12/5/2018 Gas Operations-Gas Pipeline O&M-Hinkley: Case concerns the work assignment of a Transmission Mechanic In 2015 and whether he was entitled to the Environmental Monitoring premium pursuant to Letter of Agreement #14-40. Decision: Committee discussed this case at length and agreed there is no violation of the contract. This case is closed without adjustment.
PRC 22682 12/18/2014 Gas Operations-Gas Transmission-Milpitas: Case concerns the termination of an Apprentice Gas Control Tech for falsifying timecards. Decision: LIC Report reflects the estimate commute time and the Google maps commute time. The Grievant falsified the time card with padding time. The discharge stands.
P RC 20943 10/16/2012 Assignment of a Corrosion Mechanic to perform gas stand-by duties. Agrees that CM may also perform these duties provided they are properly qualified.
LA 12-05 2/15/2012 To continue the Gas Transmission M&C Coordinator classification beyond the pilot as outlined in LA 10-17-PGE: - Gas Transmission Maintenance and Construction (GTM&C) Coordinator. LOP, job qualifications, roles and responsibilities as Exhibit 1.

LA 06-02 1/3/2006 Proposes that Journeyman classifications receive a 1% wage adjustment effective 01/01/06.
P RC 13253 2/16/2005 Work jurisdiction between the B.U. classification of Maintenance Assistant and Management Maintenance Planner at CGT resulted to revised work flow procedure by the joint committee and agreed to its implementation systemwide in CGT.
LA 04-50 11/3/2004 To establish a 10-hour schedule of 8 days on and 6 days off for the CGT GC M&C crew, who travel great distances providing support to the CGT pipeline districts.
LA 04-43 9/20/2004 CGT conducted a one-year pilot of BAPP (Behavioral Accident Prevention Process), LA 96-98 in 1996-97. The pilot was successful and this new LA formalizes the establishment of BAPP in CGT and also cancels and supersedes LA 96-98.
LA 01-60 11/5/2001 To eliminate the testing requirement of 25 w.p.m to enter the classification of Operator Mechanic; however the this testing requirement will remain active for the classification of Maintenance Assistant I.
LA 01-48 9/24/2001 Concerns the workforce reduction in the Gas System Mntce & Tech. Support Dept. at Kettleman.
LA 01-20 4/12/2001 The 94-53 Comm. recommends to cancel LA 98-93 (system-wide POT Procedure for Gas Systems Mntce & Gas Sys. Ope.) effective 4/30/01, thereby mutually agreeing to waive the 60-day cancellation clause. Effective 5/1/01, the number of pre-arranged hours for each employee will return to zero with future OT assignments made in accordance with Title 208 of the Physical Agmt.
LA R3-98-37 5/10/1999 To replace the Oct. 1996 Gas System Maintenance / Gas System Operations Lines of Progression with the August 1998 Gas System Maintenance / Gas System Operations JDLOP. See also 204.4.
LA R2-97-120 12/11/1997 Reverse LOP for Gas System Maint. and Gas System Operations in the event that Title 206, Demotion and Layoff, is implemented. See also 206.3.
LA R2-97-71 8/14/1997 To establish a one-year trial program for an idea award program within the Gas Supply Business Unit; such program is open to all IBEW-represented employees permanently assigned to the GSBU. See also 2.1, 8.8 and Clerical 21.8.

LA 95-32 4/26/1995 Pursuant to section 500.5, Co. proposes to implement "Alcohol Testing Program" for Pipeline employees, with application retroactive to 1/1/95. This program is being implemented pursuant to Federal Regulations. See also 7.1 and 500.5.
LA 94-51 6/28/1994 To establish a joint Co.-Union Committee to develop the Technical Compressor Mechanic Apprenticeship Program. See also 109.10.
