In this case, grievants worked OT 4:30 p.m. to 7:50 p.m. the previous day. At 7:30, they were told to report for work the next day, a non-workday, at 7 a.m. and worked until 9:15 p.m. and are entitled to double time for all work performed on the non-workday. |
