Christian Busto, Joe Eberthart, Andrew Gillings, Adrian Hythier, Carlos Lara and Destery Schaefer top out at the Cal-Nev JATC.
Six IBEW 1245 members have officially joined the ranks of Journeyman Linemen after successfully passing their top-out test at the California-Nevada Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee (Cal-Nev JATC) training facility in Woodland.
Congratulations to Christian Busto, Joe Eberthart, Andrew Gillings, Adrian Hythier, Carlos Lara and Destery Schaefer on reaching this major career milestone.
Topping out marks the culmination of years of classroom instruction and thousands of hours of hands-on training in the field. Along the way, apprentices learn from experienced journeymen while developing the skills and knowledge needed to perform some of the most challenging work in the electrical trade safely and professionally.
The Cal-Nev JATC apprenticeship program combines classroom education with extensive on-the-job training, preparing the next generation of skilled union linemen to build, maintain and restore the electrical grid.
Congratulations, Brothers Christian, Joe, Andrew, Adrian, Carlos and Destery. Welcome to the ranks of Journeyman Linemen!
