The parties discussed the performance of daily vehicle inspections by employees who have been authorized by the Company to take a company vehicle home. The parties agree to modify, effective upon the execution of this agreement, Section 208.8, 208.9 and 308.7 of the Physical Agreement to permit employees to record up to fifteen minutes authorized as time worked to perform the required vehicle inspection prior to driving a Company vehicle, as needed. Thereafter, when travel to work pursuant to a vehicle take home agreement or policy requires the employee’s regular commute to be on their own time, such time shall not be paid as time worked and the performance of the 15-minute vehicle inspection, shall not require a two-hour minimum payment.
