The Company and IBEW jointly recognize an opportunity to enhance the safety, efficiency, and quality of line clearance tree-trimmers. Therefore, the parties have agreed to partner to improve the delivery and standardization of training and assessments for all employees, including external contractors, who perform line clearance tree-trimming services for PG&E. The desired outcome of this training and assessment is to establish a uniform set of qualifications and certification, which will be required to perform any line clearance tree-trimming services for PG&E.
