This letter captures the agreement reached by the Company and IBEW with respect to the IBEW newly organized Electric Quality Control Specialist unit. The following details the agreement of the parties:
Effective April 7, 2024, the Electric Quality Control Specialist classification series (Senior and Expert) shall be added to the Title 200 Electric T&D Line of Progression Section 600.12, Exhibit VI-L. These positions will be covered by the IBEW Physical Agreement and those Titles and Exhibits for hourly Region or General Office employees. NLRB
