Safety is of the utmost importance to both parties and the intent of this agreement is to provide a new layer of protection around safety to ensure Everyone and Everything is Always Safe.
Since 2022, the Company and IBEW Local 1245 have participated in a pilot program to address the parties’ shared commitment toward worker safety and security–specifically the utilization of wearable safety devices (e.g. Blackline Worker Safety Technology).
Based on the success of the pilot program, the Company proposes to continue
