Pursuant to Section 500.5 of the Physical Agreement the parties agree to amend Section 106.5(b)(3) of the Physical
Agreement as noted in italics below to ensure compliance with Local, State and Federal law when a casual employee
utilizes time-off that is protected by those laws. This agreement together with LA 21-43 brings Title 300, Title 200 and
Clerical IBEW represented employees into alignment with Local, State and Federal law.
