This update integrates changes from various Letters of Agreement identified in the attached Table of Contents and precedential grievance decisions. It is not the intent of the parties to add or interpret any of the Letters of Agreement and precedential decisions, which are incorporated into this Agreement.
Changes to the Lines of Progression appear in italics. The documents prompting the changes are listed on the last page of the JDLOP.
