In 2014 the parties implemented Letter Agreement 14-48-PGE, creating the Senior Telecommunications Technician
(50251337) position. In the letter agreement, the parties agreed to a 5% wage differential between the Senior
Telecommunications Technician classification and the Telecommunications Crew Leader classification. Following
the implementation of LA 14-48-PGE, the parties agreed to establish a DCPP Senior Telecommunications Technician
(52450823).
It is hereby noted that the parties have agreed to update represented classification titles to be gender neutral and to
that end, the Telecom Crew Foreman – DCPP (50073073) title has been changed to Telecom Crew Leader – DCPP
(50073073).
