The Company has recently identified technology that will provide learning and feedback opportunities related to ergonomic behaviors in the workplace. To evaluate possible uses for this technology, Soter Wearables, the Company intends to begin a pilot in September 2023 at the Fremont and Fresno Materials Distribution Centers.
The pilot will consist of up to 20 voluntary participants at each location and will take place over a four week period.
