The Company and Union have been working collaboratively regarding Vegetation Management work in PG&E’s
service territory. As part of the continued partnership, the Company and Union have agreed to create a new
classification, Vegetation Operations Inspector (“VO Inspector” – SAP Code 53095036).
The VO Inspector classification will be incorporated into the Job Definitions and Lines of Progression (JDLOP) for
