The Company proposes the Annual and Initial Allowance provisions be updated as follows:
•The annual allowance will increase to $750 for Full-Time Users and $500 for Part-Time Users
•The initial allowance in year one for new employees will increase to $1000 for Full-time Users. The initial allowancefor Part-Time users will remain at $500.
The above will be effective upon signature and for use as the 2023 Allowance
