Following the implementation of Letter Agreement No. 17-20, the Company and IBEW have met to discuss the need
to once again staff positions at the Caribou Powerhouse. Many of the vacancies will be filled by employees who
either moved from the Caribou location to Rock Creek or who support the Caribou area from Rock Creek.
Given the above, the parties are in agreement to cancel Letter Agreement No. 17-20 and implement the staffing
related provisions below to preserve the priority bidding rights of those impacted by LA No. 17-20 and to provide for
continuity of service to the company and employee job assignments.
