The Company and Union have been working collaboratively on a new opportunity to explore utilizing IBEW Local
1245 for the installation of customer-owned isolation adapters (also referred to as meter collars) that sit between the
utility electric meter and the customer’s meter socket in PG&E’s service territory to increase customer’s resiliency
and improve utility operations
