The Company proposes to amend the provisions of Section 111.15 of the Physical Agreement and Section 8.15 of
the Clerical Agreement. This amendment will allow employees to voluntarily sell vacation and have the proceeds
sent to support the family of Edgar Castillo who was fatally injured during the January 2023 Atmospheric River event.
