Letter Agreement 21-60-PGE established a temporary remote reporting site at the Port of Stockton under Section
202.21 Remote Reporting of the Physical Agreement for Materials employees within the Warehouse Distribution
department who are headquartered at 4101 South Airport Way, Stockton due to renovations of the headquarter
facilities. Due to unforeseen circumstances, renovations which were anticipated to be completed by December 2022,
have been delayed and the facility and yard continue to be closed until renovations are completed. The Company
proposes to extend the temporary remote reporting site at the Port of Stockton until renovations are completed, but
no later than June 30, 2024, to allow sufficient time for the facility to be ready for occupation. This agreement cancels
and supersedes LA 21-60-PGE.
