Since 2020, the Company and Union have been participating in a pilot program to address the need for clerical
support during extended hours of operation for PG&E’s Traffic Control Coordination Center. This pilot program
allowed the parties to review and analyze the viability of clerical support for extended hours. Based on the success
of the pilot program, the parties agree that there is a realization of benefits to both parties by establishing enhanced
coverage in support of PG&E’s Traffic Control Services. This Letter Agreement cancels and supersedes Letter
Agreement 21-52.
