The Company and Union have discussed the bid process as it applies to filling Power Plant Technician (PPT)
classifications. Specifically, the parties discussed that on occasion, employees in an Advanced Power Plant
Technician (APPT) classification accept a position as a PPT classification which is a lower classification. However,
there is no agreed to process on how to advance or return to the APPT classification. In order to aid the employee’s
advancement to APPT, the Company will utilize the following process:
