The parties discussed and agreed upon the following provisions in support of Joint Utility Undergrounding:
1. The duration of this pilot shall be a minimum of two joint utility projects and twenty-five miles of actual joint
utility, excluding Paradise Rebuild Project.
2. Specific to this joint utility pilot, in support of the 10k Undergrounding Program, IBEW 1245 shall have right
of first refusal for civil work in support of this program.
3. For the purposes of the joint utility pilot, 10k Undergrounding Program, this agreement shall supersede LA-
09-41.
4. IBEW 1245 shall fully support all mutually beneficial legislative and regulatory undergrounding efforts.
