The Company and Union met to discuss the challenge of retaining and attracting specific apprentice and
journeyman classifications (listed in Tables 1 – 4) within the San Francisco, Peninsula, De Anza and San Jose
divisions.
This agreement addresses the critical staffing levels within specific headquarters listed in Table 5 and Company
efforts to attract and retain employees into the classifications listed in Tables 1-4, and the parties have agreed upon
the following:
