The Company and Union discussed the urgent and immediate need to complete Wildfire Mitigation Plan (WMP) work
by December 31, 2021. Accordingly, General Construction (GC) Crews will be assigned to locations to support the
completion of this work throughout the Company’s service territory and GC Crews may be required to perform work
on overtime, including their regular days off (RDOs), on weekends and potentially on Company Holidays.
As a onetime recognition to the GC crews traveling in support of this specific WMP work through the end of the year,
the Company has offered, and the Union agreed to temporarily pay coworkers eligible to receive Zone 3 per diem
expense, consistent with the provisions of Title 301 of the Physical Labor Agreement, an additional one-hundred and
twenty dollars ($120.00) each day they are eligible to receive Zone 3 per diem through the end of the year.
In order to be eligible for the additional temporary $120.00 Zone 3 per diem expense, coworkers must be eligible to
receive Zone 3 per diem, assigned to a GC Crew reporting to a work location more than 65 road miles from their
residence and supporting the following WMP work:
