IBEW 1245 members working for the City of Ukiah have ratified a two-year extension of the MOU by a vote of 11-1. The extension to September of 2024 provides for equity adjustments of 5% retroactive back to September of 2021, 5% in September of 2022 and 5% in September of 2023. The 6% rubber glove premium has been rolled into base wages. All other elements of the MOU remain unchanged.
