The Company and Union entered into Letter Agreement 20-50 which established a Pilot Program to explore the utilization of employees represented by IBEW Local 1245 to focus on inspections of contractor work on Company facilities and assets. While the parties continue to meet and discuss opportunities to support this work more efficiently through the development of a new classification, the Company and Union have agreed to extend the expiration of LA-20-50, under the same terms and conditions, until June 30, 2021.
