Following an audit by the Company DOT department, it was determined that the employees listed on Attachment 1 of this agreement, were incorrectly assigned to the classification of Subforeman A (SAP 50010180) within the Insulation and Coating Department. The parties recognize the highest classification within the Insulation and Coating, Line of Progression is Subforeman B (SAP 50010181). Accordingly, the parties agree as a one-time exception, to allow these employees to retain the wage rate of the Subforeman A classification and a new Present Incumbent Only classification will be established to afford such retention. The new PIO classification will be PIO Subforeman B I&C (SAP 52652049), which shall have the same wage rate as the Subforeman A. Additionally, consistent with LA-95-114, the classification is required by Federal Regulation to be included in the Drug Free Pipeline Program as safety sensitive employees and the employees will be included in the Drug and Alcohol Testing program.
