The Company and Union agree, under the provisions of Section 111.15 of the IBEW Physical Agreement and Section 8.16 of the IBEW Clerical Agreement, to allow employees to voluntarily sell their vacation and transfer the proceeds to Michael Moore’s estate. Michael Moore was a Meter Maintenance Person working out of the Auburn Regional Service Center. Mr. Moore suddenly passed away and this vacation sale is to assist in supporting his family through his estate during this difficult time.
