The Company and Union recently met to discuss the relocation of Materials employees within the Warehouse Distribution department, as identified on Attachment 1 of this agreement, who are currently headquartered at 2000 Crows Landing Road in Modesto. The Company facility lease is expiring by end of first quarter 2021 at the Modesto headquarters and therefore the Company intends to close this facility and relocate all materials and personnel to 4101 South Airport Way, Stockton in accordance with Section 206.12 of the Physical Agreement. Relocation of these employees will take place prior to the end of the first quarter 2021, barring any unforeseen delays.
All IBEW bargaining unit Materials employees in the identified headquarter will be given Section 206.1(a) notification upon execution of this agreement, which affords them priority bidding rights (“A” rights) in accordance with Section 206.9 of the Physical agreement…
