In accordance with Section 111.15 of the IBEW Physical Agreement and Section 8.16 of the IBEW Clerical Agreement, the Company proposes to allow employees to voluntarily sell vacation and transfer the proceeds to benefit the family of Aaron Fleckenstein. Mr. Fleckenstein was an Engineering Estimator-Electric headquartered in Santa Rosa who suddenly passed away. These proceeds will help alleviate the financial hardships for his family due to his unexpected death.
