The Company and Union entered into Letter Agreement 20-63, which superseded LA-20-04 and extended the Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) Drones Pilot Program through December 31, 2020. While the parties continue to discuss the development of a system-wide UAV Drones program, the Company and Union have agreed to extend the expiration of LA-20-63, under the same terms and conditions, until such time that the pilot program is replaced by a system-wide UAV Drones program. The Company or Union may cancel this Agreement by providing the other party with 30 days’ written notice.
