The Company and Union entered into Letter Agreement 20-40, which created a temporary work schedule for all System Operators at the Vacaville Grid Control Center (GCC) and the temporary assignment of some System Operators to an alternate temporary headquarters in Rocklin. Letter Agreement 20-52 extended the terms of LA 20-40 through December 31, 2020.
The Company and Union discussed the need to continue the temporary work schedule at the Vacaville and Rocklin Grid Control Centers and have agreed to extend the expiration date of Letter Agreement 20-40 (as previously extended by LA 20-52), under the amended terms and conditions set forth below. This extension will be effective from January 1, 2021 through March 31, 2021. Beginning on April 1, 2021, employees will be returned to their previous schedule, at their factored straight-time rate of pay, in accordance with LA 13-79.
All terms and conditions as originally set forth in LA 20-40 will remain in effect through this extension period with the following exceptions/amendments:
