The Company and Union discussed the current and continued business need to attract qualified Troubleman, even for temporary assignments, within the Bay Area. The parties agree to temporarily expand the premium eligibility provided under Letter of Agreement R1-19-17-PGE, to employees temporarily assigned to a Troubleman classification (includes: Transmission Troubleman – 50010431 and Troubleman – 50010432). To be eligible, a Troubleman on temporary assignment must be assigned to a location covered under LA R1-19-17-PGE and will be eligible for the corresponding premium (either 22% or 10% as applicable under LA 19-17-PGE).
