In an effort to address an urgent need to fill vacancies within the Field Garage Mechanic A (50010280) classification in the Transportation Services Department, the Company proposes to utilize the Provisional Journeyman Placement process to direct place fifteen (15) GC Field Garage Mechanic employees into this position. The incumbents are identified in Attachment 1 of this agreement. The Company will use the jointly agreed to training modules of the Transportation Services Mechanic Training Program for the provisional training plans
