The Company and Union entered into Letter Agreement 20-40, which created a temporary work schedule for all System Operators at the Vacaville Grid Control Center (GCC) and the temporary assignment of some System Operators to an alternate temporary headquarters in Rocklin. Letter Agreement 20-40 is set to expire on October 1, 2020. The Company and Union discussed the need to continue the temporary work schedule at the Vacaville and Rocklin Grid Control Centers and have agreed to extend the expiration date of Letter Agreement 20-40, under the same terms and conditions, to December 31, 2020. Beginning on January 1, 2021, employees will be returned to their previous schedule, at their factored straight-time rate of pay, in accordance with LA 13-79.
