In accordance with Section 111.15 of the IBEW Physical Agreement and Section 8.16 of the IBEW Clerical Agreement, the Company proposes to allow employees to voluntarily sell vacation and transfer the proceeds to benefit Kim Wink, spouse of Steve Wink. Mr. Steven Wink was a Troubleman headquartered in Vacaville who suddenly passed away. These proceeds will help alleviate the financial hardships for his family due to his unexpected death.
