The Company and Union discussed the need to continue the temporary work schedule at the Vacaville and Rocklin Grid Control Centers and have agreed to extend the expiration date of Letter Agreement 20-21, under the same terms and conditions, to June 27, 2020.
Either Company or Union may cancel this agreement by giving the other 14 days written notice, no sooner than one (1) week after the conclusion of sequestration. If this agreement is cancelled, GCC employees will be returned to their previous schedule, at their factored straight-time rate of pay, in accordance with LA 13-79.
This agreement may be extended by mutual written agreement of the parties. This agreement is only applicable as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and for the System Operators working for Transmission Grid Control Center Operations.
