The Company and Union entered into Letter of Agreement 19-32, which temporarily expanded the premium eligibility provided under LA-19-17 to employees temporarily assigned to a Troubleman classification (includes: Transmission Troubleman – 50010431 and Troubleman – 50010432), which is set to expire on April 30, 2020. The Company and Union discussed that the current business need to attract qualified Troubleman, even for temporary assignments, within the Bay Area is still necessary and have agreed to extend the expiration date of LA-19-32, under the same terms and conditions, to December 31, 2020.
