Hold the Pull Peer Safety Committee Visits UNME

November 14, 2018

Hold the Pull Committee Chair Mike Van Egmond offered a demonstration and explanation of Hold the Pull to the UNME group.

Members of IBEW 1245’s Hold the Pull peer safety committee took an opportunity to speak to a group of Local 1245 members who were meeting at a Union Network Member Experience (UNME) conference on Oct, 24, 2018.  The HTP committee took a break during their bi-monthly meeting and shared their thoughts on the reasons they joined the peer program and insights into the overall purpose and scope of Local 1245’s innovative peer safety initiative. After the short stand-up message, the committee screened its new Hold the Pull video for the UNME group before returning to their own meeting.
