Pete Ely
Davey Tree Service crew foreman Pete Ely was selected by the KTC committee to chair the peer committee for the year 2015. Pete is a 30+ year employee of Davey Tree and an original founding member of the KTC peer initiative. He and committee recorder Ray Banfill, with Utility Tree Service, recently completed the peer speakers training class, utilized to travel to company safety kick-offs to spread the peer message and recruit safety stewards. Pete and Ray participated in the Family Tree safety kick-off that took place in January 9.
