The public fishing derby supported by a donation from SMUD Fresh Pond Unit 3912 was a splashing success. Adults and children competed for numerous prizes, pictured on this page. The derby was held on June 22 at the Power Pine Campground near Union Valley Reservoir in the Placerville area.
Supporting the derby with a donation was the Fresh Pond Unit’s contribution to the union’s on-going program of community service. We thank Unit Chairman Raymond Curtis for providing the photos.
