The agreement was approved by 95% of those casting votes. Turnout for the vote was 95%.
The five-year agreement provides a 1.75% wage increase for all employees for year 2013, with wage re-openers in each of the subsequent four years. The agreement also provides grievance procedure enhancements.
The negotiating team consisted of Rick Garza, Murray Janisse, Dean Sharp, Bill Trathen and Business Rep. Sam Glero. Serving on the ballot committee were Greg Gunby (Judge), Gina Albano and Greg Winters.
