RT Arbitration Decision Announced
IBEW Local 1245 and Sacramento Regional Transit held a two-day Interest Arbitration in Sacramento on March 8-9. The Arbitration decision was returned on March 25. Legal Action Possible on Missed Meals
PG&E has announced that, commencing April 1st, it will stop paying employees covered by our collective bargaining agreements the extra hour of pay required by law for missed meal periods.
