RT Arbitration Decision Announced

April 5, 2011

IBEW Local 1245 and Sacramento Regional Transit held a two-day Interest Arbitration in Sacramento on March 8-9. The Arbitration decision was returned on March 25.  The Interest Arbitration hearing was held in “Med-Arb” fashion.  The decision includes 15 furlough days to be taken by March 31, 2013. Legal Action Possible on Missed Meals
